The surronding landscape is made of huge and ever green fields of olive plantations and vineyards.We have refurbished an old poor country house in a rustic style, it has got 3 appartaments and everyone is indipendent and with his own garden and autonomal heating.Santa Caterina is situated on the provincial way which links Amelia to Orvieto, only at 5 Kms from Amelia; surrounded by an amazine, country where the time seems to be stopped. Elevation about sea level is about 400 metres.
The landscape is really amazing and we have a mild climate also during, the whole winter.It is placed in a particular part of the Umbria region which is the real green heart of Italy, It’s near Rome, the Lazio’s south cast, centre of the Papal residences.The apartments include a living Room, a small kitchen with double bed sofa and 2 double room with bathroom and shower one of them has got two single beds.
